1 General Terms

Players found to have engaged in fraudulent transaction behaviour will have their accounts closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

3.4 Currency

The fa999c platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Players depositing via payment methods that process in other currencies may experience minor conversion differences, which are outside fa999c's control and for which fa999c accepts no liability.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

fa999c offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your fa999c account are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — a specified multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and, where applicable, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided and may have its account suspended or permanently closed.

4.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses have an expiry date, which will be stated at the time the bonus is awarded. Unused bonuses and any winnings generated from uncompleted wagering requirements will be removed from your account automatically upon expiry. fa999c is not obliged to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original bonus offer terms.

4.5 Changes to Promotions

fa999c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before it is modified or withdrawn will not be retroactively affected by the change, provided they continue to meet the original eligibility criteria.

5 Gameplay Rules

5.3 Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account. No compensation will be paid in respect of voided bets beyond the return of the original stake.

6 Age Restriction

6.1 Underage Access

7 Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

When closing your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all applicable verification and security checks have been completed. 7.2 Closure by fa999c

fa999c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in any form of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed by fa999c due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any eligible balance will be returned to the player.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

8 Limitation of Liability
